Keto Squash

Hey there, what's up everybody. We are trying out this new diet called Keto. Limiting carbs intake to 5% and focusing on green and yellow vegetables low in carbs and meat. Today we are trying out recipe with yellow squash and sausage.
Starting out with cutting our squash into two half and scraping out the flesh. Next cutting up the sausage into small cubes, adding some garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, turmeric and cumin.
Sauté all the ingredients in coconut oil. Next fill the squash halves with the sautéed mixture, and topped it off with gruyere cheese. Place the squash halves into the oven for 15min at 350F. ENJOY!
